I haven't been around much lately but that doesn't mean i've stopped indulging. weight gain shakes have been a staple lately and i've just had to order two new containers to keep up with my consumption lately. i make a full pitcher of weight gain shake with both chocolate & vanilla plus lots of chocolate syrup and a whole carton of milk- totaling around 5,000 calories!
